FAQ

  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist-delivered products, we cannot cancel or change orders that are already in process, en route, or delivered. Email changes or cancellations are not accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately. All changes or cancellations must be verbal.
  • What information will the recipient see on the card?
    The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
  • What towns do you deliver to?
    Acton, Boxborough, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Groton, Littleton, Lowell, North Chelmsford, Tyngsboro, Village Of Nagog Woods, Westford
  • Can I submit an order for same-day delivery?
    If you order by 2:00 p.m. EST, we can deliver the flowers the same day, Monday-Friday. For same-day service on the weekend, please order by noon on Saturday. We are not open on Sundays.
  • Can I request a specific delivery time?
    We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we usually can deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • What are your delivery times?
    Normal delivery times are 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday, and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we offer extended hours and delivery times; call to verify.
  • Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
    We cannot deliver flowers to a PO Box or an APO address.
  • Can I send flowers to a school?
    Schools do not accept deliveries for students. Send any student orders to their residence. We can deliver teacher gifts to the high school. Place orders going to a school before 2 p.m. EST.
  • What happens if the recipient isn't home when the flowers are delivered?
    Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is unavailable, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor or on a covered porch. The driver might leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange a delivery time. A customer can request to have the flowers left at the door. In this case, the customer assumes all liability. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request.
  • I gave you the incorrect address; what will happen with the flowers?
    If the recipient's address is incorrect and we attempt the delivery, there is a $10 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is attempted, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
  • Will you contact the recipient?
    Sometimes, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure that s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
  • What happens if the recipient refuses the delivery?
    If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you are still fully liable for the cost of the gift.
  • Do you deliver on holidays?
    To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day before the following major holidays: Valentine's Day Administrative Professionals Week Mother's Day Memorial Day We are closed on the following holidays. To ensure delivery the day before, please place your order two days before the holiday: New Years Day Easter, Father's Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas
  • Why can't I have a banner funeral arrangement?
    Due to the time-sensitivity of delivering funeral orders, if a banner is unavailable, we will fill your order to value, substituting the banner with more flowers for an even fuller arrangement.
  • I don't know the funeral home address.
    No worries! If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home, we will look it up for you.
  • Should I have the flowers delivered a day before the services?
    We usually contact the funeral home to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery. Even if you select to have the flowers sent before the actual date of the viewing, we will deliver per the funeral home instructions.
  • What if my order won't make the services on time?
    These orders are our highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service, we will let you know so you can make other arrangements, like having something sent to the family's home.
