Delivery hours:
Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST
Saturday, 9 am - 1 pm EST
We cannot guarantee requests for specific delivery times.
Orders placed before 2 pm EST will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will be delivered the next day, except on Sundays. Sunday orders will be delivered the following Monday unless otherwise indicated.
If for a funeral service, we will confirm the time of the service and ensure that the arrangement is delivered on time. This may mean the arrangement will be delivered for early morning services the day before.
